About robi9 – Built for Bangladesh

Who We Are

A Platform Designed with Bangladeshi Players in Mind

robi9 was founded with a single clear goal: to give Bangladeshi players access to a safe, feature-rich, and genuinely enjoyable online betting experience. For too long, local players had to rely on overseas platforms that ignored their preferred payment methods, offered little relevant sports content, and provided no local support. robi9 changed that. We built a platform that speaks directly to the needs of players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond — covering the cricket matches they love, the casino games they want, and the payment tools they already use every day.

Since our launch, robi9 has grown into one of the most recognized online betting platforms in Bangladesh. We serve players of all experience levels, from first-time bettors placing their maiden ৳200 wager on a BPL cricket match to seasoned casino enthusiasts spinning premium slots and sitting at live dealer tables. Our growth is driven by one thing above all else: the trust of our players. Every feature we build, every promotion we run, and every payment channel we add is designed around what matters most to our community.

Why We Exist

Our Mission: Fair, Safe, and Fun Betting for Every Bangladeshi

Our mission at robi9 is straightforward: make online betting accessible, transparent, and enjoyable for every adult player in Bangladesh who chooses to participate. We believe that responsible entertainment should never be complicated. From the moment a player registers to their first deposit and first withdrawal, every step at robi9 is designed to be intuitive, fast, and stress-free.

We also take responsible gaming seriously. robi9 is a platform for players aged 21 and above, and we actively provide tools to help our community maintain healthy gaming habits. Whether it is setting personal deposit limits, taking a break from the platform, or reaching out to our support team, robi9 is committed to being more than just a betting site — we want to be a platform our players can genuinely trust and rely on.

What Makes robi9 Different

Core Principles

The Values That Guide Everything We Do

Every decision robi9 makes — from product design to customer support policy — is grounded in four core values that define who we are as a platform and as a team.

• ✅ Transparency — We are upfront about odds, terms, bonus conditions, and fees. No hidden rules, no surprise deductions.
• 🌐 Accessibility — A great betting platform should work perfectly on any smartphone, in any city across Bangladesh, on any mobile data connection.
• 🤝 Community — We are here because of our players. Their feedback shapes our product roadmap, and their trust is the metric we value most.
• 🛡️ Responsibility — Gaming should enhance life, not complicate it. We uphold responsible gaming standards and support any player who needs help.
