1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full suite of robi9 services, players must register a single, verified account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the robi9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the devices, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods used — is a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully liable for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify robi9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We recommend:

• Use a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

robi9 will never contact you to request your password or full banking credentials. Any communication purporting to be from robi9 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

robi9 supports a comprehensive range of local and international payment methods tailored specifically for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and robi9 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the robi9 platform:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• robi9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (national ID, utility bill) before processing any withdrawal in excess of ৳20,000.

Funds deposited into your robi9 account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of account closure (initiated by the player or by robi9 due to a Terms violation), remaining balances will be returned to the original payment source, net of any outstanding bonus rollover obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

robi9 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. The following general bonus conditions apply across all robi9 promotions:

• Players who are identified as abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or engaging in other forms of bonus fraud — will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe, fair, and compliant platform for all robi9 users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using robi9 for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational betting and gaming.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform in a non-manual manner, or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of syndicated or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward robi9 staff, agents, or fellow players via any communication channel.

robi9 employs advanced fraud-detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally. Players who engage in prohibited activities should be aware that evidence of such conduct may be referred to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the robi9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of robi9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The robi9 name, brand mark, and all associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any robi9 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the robi9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use, in strict accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or display of robi9 platform content — is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from robi9.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, robi9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions — even if robi9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

robi9 makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. robi9 does not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors or viruses.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
